I
t was with rude shock that we received the news of sudden demise of Mr Felix Okey Okwuosah,a member of Anambra State Towns (People) Association Abuja representing Ogbaru Peoples Assembly Abuja Branch, and who had actively participated in the recent activities of ASTPA Abuja, and never showed any sign of ill or failing health.
Indeed, Ndi Anambra in FCT Abuja have lost a rare gem, a man of courage, character and integrity, a servant of God and humanity who had always worked for the welfare of his people. As an association, ASTPA Abuja shall miss his words of wisdom, his commitment and his consistent contributions in terms of time, energy and resources.
While we struggle to accept the reality of his painful demise and to make adjustments thereto, we take solace in the fact that he lived a fulfilled and dedicated Christian life. It is therefore, our firm believe that the good Lord will grant him mercy and eternal rest with the Angels in Heaven.
Death ends our mortal bodies but not a legacy. ASTPA and indeed Ndi Anambra in the FCT, Abuja, shall never forget Mr Felix Okey Okwuosah. His legacies shall never be erased, and we shall continue to work for overall welfare and wellbeing of Ndi Anambra in the FCT with the same level of zeal, commitment and sacrifice with which Felix served his people.
We wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, Ogbaru Peoples Assembly Abuja Branch, his friends and colleagues and pray that the almighty God shall grant them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
Adieu Felix
